 OMAD DIET PLAN– THE ONE MEAL A DAY DIET


The OMAD diet is a famous and difficult eating pattern that involves eating just one meal per day.

This may sound appealing to some, as the diet focus on when you eat rather than what or how much you should eat.

 This diet is 100% working .if you people follow my diet plan then you can reduce 2 kg in one week .i had hormonal issues but after this diet i am completely fine, yes its possible .my doctor recommend me this diet and i got 100% result.

What is OMAD diet plan? and How is  different from others diet plan.

OMAD, or “one meal a day,” is an intermittent fasting diet that involves eating once a day.

Typically on this fasting diet plan, you eat only one time a day .you can take your meal at morning or evening time.mean you can take only one meal breakfast ,lunch or dinner.now its up to you . when i follow this diet ,i was taken my meal at dinner time at 7pm .

Can you snack on OMAD? the OMAD diet have no snacking or small meals throughout the day.for first one week you should follow hardly.in second week you can include a little snacking into your diet .

The diet is a more extreme version of traditional fasting diets, which usually involve fasting for a period of 12–16 hours per day. Instead, OMAD fasting lasts around 23 hours, with just one hour per day allowed for eating.

on OMAD Can you eat anything ? No ,you have to avoid fast food ,sugar and processed food it’s best to fill up on healthy ingredients during your daily meal to ensure you’re getting all the nutrients your body needs..even when i follow this diet my doctor recommend me don't take juices and fruits.because i have to avoid sugary items.he gave me all vitamin through tablets .

My diet plan are,

First week:

Breakfast: 

1:one spoon apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water , 

 green tea 1 cup with 2 table spoon of coconut oil 

2:Tea or coffee without sugar 

Dinner: 

1:One Barley(jau) rote with any vegetable or chicken ,mutton curry.

2:Salad (Cabbage,cucumber etc)

3:barb q(fish ,chicken)

After dinner i was taken vitamin e capsule and vitamin c ,cod liver oil 2 capsule .

2ND Week :

Brunch:

1:one spoon apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water .

(at 3 o'clock)

2:two boil egg 

3: green tea 1 cup with 2 table spoon of coconut oil 

4: One bowl of beans salad or bar b q(fish or chicken)

Dinner:

1: One Barley roti Or Rice 1 plate or 12 spoon

2:One plate salad (cabbage,cucumber etc)

3:bar b q(fish or chicken) Or Chapli Kabab

3rd Week:

Breakfast :

1:one spoon apple cider vinegar in 1 glass of water , 

 green tea 1 cup with 2 table spoon of coconut oil 

Lunch:

(at 3 o'clock)

2:two boil egg or 2 fry egg in olive oil

3: green tea 1 cup with 2 table spoon of coconut oil 

4: One bowl of beans salad or bar b q(fish or chicken)

Dinner:

1: One Barley roti Or Rice 1 plate or 12 spoon

2:One plate salad (cabbage,cucumber etc)

3:bar b q(fish or chicken) Or Chapli Kabab

same plan for 4 week .

Follow this diet plan and got 100% result ,My weight was 61 after 1 month is 52.
