3 drinks to help weight loss


Losing weight is pretty hard especially when you don’t know where to start. To help that we have 3 detox drinks which will help you to lose weight and stubborn fat that you have been trying to lose. These drinks will work best when combined with a calorie deficit diet. It is recommended that you should not consume any calorie dense food and avoid fast food for better results. These drinks will aid weight loss, removes toxins, help to balance pH of the body, improves digestive health, boost immune function, increases energy levels and removes waste products form your blood.



 Cinnamon tea: 

The first detox tea that we recommend is cinnamon tea. Cinnamon has numerous health benefits as well as weight loss properties. To make this cinnamon tea you will need 200 ml of water and 2 cinnamon stick and if you are using cinnamon powder instead of stick, use ½ tsp cinnamon powder. Take 200ml of water and put cinnamon sticks or powder in the water and let it boil, after boiling let it simmer for 10min and let it cool. After cooling add 1 teaspoon of honey in it and enjoy. For best results drink it on an empty stomach in the morning and have another one in bed time.

To make cumin seed tea you will need 1 teaspoon of cumin seed, one and a half glass of water and 1 teaspoon of honey. Put one and a half glass of water in a boiling pan and one teaspoon of cumin seed, keep boiling it until only one glass is left. Remove the cumin seed form the tea and let it cool for ten minutes. After cooling mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and drink on empty stomach early in the morning and have another one in bed time.
